Health Savings Account Application

Welcome to Bank of Oak Ridge!

Here, you can apply for a Health Savings Account (HSA) anytime, anywhere.

The online application process takes approximately five (5) minutes. For your security, this application session will end if there is no activity for 15 minutes.

How To Get Started:

Privacy: Complete the online application privately. Avoid public spaces, such as a library, where personal information is visible to others.
Age: Applicants must be 18 years or older.
Identification: Have your Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) and government issued identification such as drivers license or passport available.
Additional Signers: Must provide and validate their personal information during the application process.
Funding: Have your routing and account number available if you wish to fund your account by electronic transfer. If funding with a debit or credit card, the credit or debit card number, expiration date, and CVV code are necessary.
