You can open a DCU business account anytime or from anywhere that is convenient for you. It’s simple and secure and it takes just minutes!

Here's what you will need:

  • Each person on the application must be at least 18 years old, an authorized officer of the business, and a U. S. resident.
  • The business should be legally formed and operate primarily in the U.S.
  • You will need to provide the legal business name, address, business tax ID number and the date the business was established.
  • You will need to provide supplemental business documents as requested either during the application or within 5 business days after application.
  • All applicants will need to provide their Social Security Number or ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number), date of birth, a residential address, and an email address.
  • If funding your new accounts by electronic transfer from another financial institution, you’ll need their routing number and your account number.
  • If funding with a debit or credit card, you’ll need the card number, expiration date, and CVV code.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: We are required, by federal law, to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person opening or having access to a DCU Account. We will ask for your legal name, residential address, Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN), Phone Number, and Date of Birth and may ask to see corroborating documentation. We will also ask for the following for the business: legal name of the business, the physical address, Employer Identification Number (EIN), and the phone number.
