business account anytime or from anywhere that is convenient for you. It’s simple and secure to open a new account and it takes just minutes!
The online application should not be used in a shared environment, such as a library, as someone may be watching you type in your personal information.
Here's what you need to know:
- Each person on the application must be an authorized officer of the business and a lawful U. S. resident.
- The business should be legally formed and operate in the U.S.
- You will need to provide the legal business name, physical address, business tax ID number and the date the business was established.
- You will need to provide supplemental business documents as requested either during the application or within 5 business days after application.
- All applicants will need to provide their Social Security number, date of birth, a physical address and an email address.
- If funding your new accounts by electronic transfer from another financial institution, you’ll need their routing number and your account number.
- After submitting your application a Banker will be in contact with you. If you are already working with a Banker you can indicate that in the application.
