IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT OPENING AN ACCOUNT

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, US Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person identified as a “customer”, who opens an account.

What this means for you:
If you are opening an account for yourself or another individual, we will ask for the name, address, date of birth, social security number, and other information that will allow us to identify all customers on the account. We may also ask to see a driver’s license, passport or other identifying documents.

What You'll Need:

Reside within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Applicants from New England states and beyond will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
You the parent should be over the age of 18. Your child should be a reasonable age and interested in taking more control of their money.
You and your child's Social Security Numbers / Individual Taxpayer Identification Numbers.
Your Government Issued Identification (Driver's License, State ID, or Passport).
If you are a Non-US Citizen, your Passport from Country of Origin, United States Visa, address verification and W8 BEN Form.
If funding your new accounts by electronic transfer from another financial institution, you’ll need access to your online banking.
If funding with a debit or credit card, you’ll need the card number, expiration date, and CVV code.
