To Apply online you must:

To be 18 years of age or older.
Your Social Security Number.
Government Issued Identification (Driver's License, State ID, or Passport).
Membership is open to anyone who lives, works (regularly conducts business in), worships, volunteers, or attends school in the State of Nevada, as well as eligible communities in Arizona, California, Idaho, New Mexico, Oregon, and Utah. In addition, immediate family members of existing members may be eligible to join. There are a number of easy ways to qualify for membership, and additional eligibility options will be available during the application process.
