Online Personal Account Application

No matter how you choose to bank with us, Lowell Five has an account that's just right for you. It takes just a few minutes. Let's get started!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT: To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all Financial Institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means to you: When you open an account, we will ask your name, physical address (where you live), date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.

You will need the following:

  • Your Social Security Number / Individual Taxpayer Identification Number.
  • A second form of Government-issued identification(i.e. a Driver's License, State ID, or Passport).
  • If you will be adding a joint owner to your new account, the joint owner must provide their information at the time of account opening.
  • If you will be funding your new Lowell Five account by electronically transferring money from an established account at another financial institution, you will need your account number and the routing number for the other institution. These numbers can be found at the bottom of a check or deposit slip.
  • If you will be funding your new account with a debit or credit card, you will need the card number, expiration date, and CVV code printed on the card.
To open a Lowell Five account, you must live or work within the market area we serve.
