Online Account and Loan Application
It's simple and secure to open a new deposit account or submit a loan application. It only takes a few minutes.
The Customer Identification Program (CIP), Section 326 of the USA Patriot Act, requires all financial institutions to obtain four pieces of information from each person who establish a new account relationship with our credit union. When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, tax identification number, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We will also ask to see your unexpired state issued ID such as a driver license or other pictured identifying documents as required by law.
Here is what you need to know:
- To apply for a loan or to open a deposit account you must be 18 years of age or older
- Minors that are 16yrs of age or older may open deposit accounts with a parent or legal guardian on the account as a joint owner
- If another person will be joint owner on your account, they must enter and validate their personal information
- Applying for a loan? Navigant Credit Union does not offer an in-home mobile signing solution for loan closings. All borrowers are required to be present to close the loan at one of our branch locations
Here is what you will need:
- Your Social Security Number
- Government Issued Identification (Driver's License, State ID, or Passport) or copy of Birth Certificate and Social Security Card for minors
- Proof of address may be required if your mailing address differs from your Government Issued Identification (Driver's License, State ID, or Passport). Examples of this document include(s); paystub or utility bill.
- If funding your new accounts by electronic transfer from another financial institution, you will need their routing number and your account number
- If funding with a debit or credit card, you will need the card number, expiration date, and CVV code
Here is what you will need for a Fixed Equity Loan or Home Equity Lines of Credit:
- Real Estate tax bill
- Annual homeowner's insurance premium
