Who is eligible to become a TDECU Member?

To apply online, you must be 18 or over and meet one of the following criteria:

  • You are a family member of a current TDECU Member
  • You are an employee, retiree or family member of an employee of a company TDECU serves
  • You are a member of an organization TDECU serves
  • You live, work, worship or attend school in one of the following Texas counties:

Will TDECU check my credit when I apply for an account online?

Yes. To open an account online, you must authorize TDECU to obtain a credit report for credit review and evaluation purposes.

Does TDECU offer refinance options?

Yes! We offer refinance options for auto, boat, motorcycle and RV/ camper loans. You will see these listed as an option when selecting the products you want to add to your application.

Where can I see the latest rates for your loans, credit cards and CDs?
