Here's what you'll need to apply for a WaFd Bank Business Account:

For the business,
- To be registered to operate in the states of Arizona, California, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, Utah, or Washington.
- The legal business name, address, and business Tax ID.
- Business documents as requested during the application.
For each authorized signer,
- To be at least 18 years old and a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Legal U.S. Resident.
- To reside in the states of Arizona, California, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, Utah, or Washington.
- Personal information, including address, phone number, email address, and Social Security Number.
- Picture identification, such as driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID.
For each beneficial owner (25%+ ownership) and control person,
- To be at least 18 years old, and a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Legal U.S. Resident.
- Personal information, including address, date of birth, and Social Security Number.
Funding method, such as a credit or debit card, or routing and account number.
